Abstract

The paper examines some aspects in transformation of mythological and ritual tradition of the «puppet code» in contemporary art (literature, cinema, the sphere of everyday сидите). Appeal to the works of O. Teptsov ("Gospodin oformitel"), A. Korolev ("The Gogol's head"), and T. Landolfi ("The Gogol's Wife"), etc. shows the "puppet text" connection with the historical, philosophical and cultural problems.
