Abstract

Key to solving the problems of training management in national teams of Russia is deep and strong regular link all elements affecting the high athletic performance. The most important elements of a holistic process, not just mechanically interconnected, and interacting with one another so, that interfering with each other, form an integral structure. This is necessary in comparison with the initial data to determine the predicted deviation, allowing for each athlete develop a target program of preparation and, where necessary its correction the most important competitions.
