К вопросу об изучении политико-правовых взглядов Саади Шерози в Западной Европе, России и Иране

Abstract

Востоковеды, иранисты, философы в Таджикистане, Западной Европе, России и Иране в соответствии с профилями своих научных специальностей обращались к политическим и правовым взглядам Саади Шерози с разных позиций и уровней. Работы, охарактеризовавшие жизнь, творчество, мировоззрение Саади, автор статьи делит на следующие категории: 1) исследовательские; 2) констатирующие; 3) затрагивающие произведения, в которых отражены проблемы политических и правовых взглядов мыслителя. К первой категории относятся исследования А.Массе, Яна Рипки. В работах Э.Брауна, А.Е.Крымского, К.И.Чайкина, Зарринкуба констатированы положения, идеи, концепции и предпринята попытка раскрыть воззрения. З.Сафо, Аббас Икбал, Р.Алиев, Ибрагим Ализаде затронули важные аспекты политических и правовых взглядов Саади исподволь, попутно, в процессе достижения поставленной цели и решения взаимосвязанных вопросов.

Orientalists, iranists, philosophers in Tajikistan, Western Europe, Russia and Iran studied Saadi Sherozi’s political and legal views from different positions and levels according their scientific majors. The author divides into three following categories works characterizing Saadi’s biography, creative activity and outlook: 1) researching; 2) ascertaining; 3) concerning works which reflect political and legal view problems. A. Masse’s, Yana Ripki’s research belong to the first category. In E. Braun’s, A.E. Krimskoi’s, K.I. Chaikin’s and Zarrinkuba’s work ascertain positions, ideas, conceptions and tried to reveal opinions. Z. Safo, Abbas Ikbal, R. Aliev, Ibragim Alisada have gradually touched upon important aspects of Saadi’s political-legal views.
