Abstract

В статье автор раскрывает межотраслевые связи гражданского права и цивилистического процесса на примере договорного регулирова ния, применяемого в арбитражном и гражданском процессуальном законодательстве на приме ре института – соглашения о передачи дела на рассмотрение в третейский суд.

The author reveals inter-branch connections of civil law and civilised process on the example of contractual regulation. It is used in arbitrary and civil procedural legislation. The author views the institution of agreement to transfer the case to the court of arbitration.
