Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the influence of stage of pubescence on the functional activity of the sympathoadrenal system in children with chronic gastroduodenitis. The diurnal urinary excretion of adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine, and DOPA was measured. It was observed an increase in activity of the mediator link of the sympathoadrenal system in children from the first to the third stage of pubescence.
