Abstract

Choice of anesthetisation tactics in patients with somatic pathology is a difficult task due to a high risk of development of side effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) due to polypathy and polypragmasy in patients with diseases of internal organs. Choice of drugs with high analgetic activity also favours decrease of risks of side effects of NSAIDs as intake period and drug dosage are reduced. The main principles of choice of drugs of NSAIDs group according to criteria efficacy-safety are given in the article.
