Основы теории аксонометрии в рукописном наследии профессора Д. И. Каргина

Abstract

Одним из основных видов проекций, применяемых в машиностроении, является аксонометрия. К середине XX века трудами российских учѐных были созданы основы отечественной теории метода аксонометрических проекций. Работы профессора Д.И. Каргина (1880–1949) стали значительным вкладом в исследование истории и теории аксонометрии, являясь и сегодня актуальными. Многие из результатов его исследований периода 1941–1945 гг. не были напечатаны и недоступны широкому кругу читателей. Исследование рукописного наследия Каргина, хранящегося в Петербургском филиале Архива Российской Академии наук, позволяет дать полную картину его исследований в этой области начертательной геометрии.
