Abstract

Legal culture shapes social legitimate models, norms, values, attitudes and rules of conduct in relation to positive law, governing the legal behavior of members of the socity. In the normative aspect of legal culture, it can be interpreted as a kind of legal life of the community matrix, which defines sustainable forms of consciousness and behavior of individuals, groups, institutions and society as a whole.
