В статье рассматривается культурная деятельность Владивостока в 1919 г., освещенная на страницах журнала «Лель», дается ее оценка. Устанавливается основная проблема развития городской культуры в тот период, выявленная из публикаций журнала, а также пути ее решения.
The article is concerned the cultural life of Vladivostok in 1919 as represented in The Lel magazine. The articles of the magazine have enabled the author to reveal both the principal problem of the city's culture of the period and the ways of its solution.
