Abstract

This article, based on unpublished archival documents, examines the situation on the Chinese Eastern Railway (CER) after Sino-Soviet Conflict in 1929. The main focus is on the personnel policy of new Soviet management, demarcation of Soviet and emigrant colonies in Manchuria, rapprochement of Russian emigrants and local Chinese authorities.

В статье на основе неопубликованных ранее архивных источников рассматривается состояние КВЖД после советско-китайского конфликта 1929 г. Основное внимание уделяется кадровой политике новой советской администрации, размежеванию советской и эмигрантской колонии в Маньчжурии, сближению русских эмигрантов и местных китайских властей.
