Abstract

This article focuses on price and non-price competition among commercial banks. The mechanism of decision making for the commercial bank in a competitive environment is formulated. As a non-price method of competition the introduction of an incentive scheme for the bank employees, with the help of which you can manage the expenses of a bank and its competitiveness is suggested. The results are illustrated by examples and graphs that reflect the effectiveness of the implementation of a mechanism.
