Abstract

Цель нашего исследования анализ инфекционного эндокардита у больных с дисплазией соединительной ткани, диагностированной у 14,8% из 338 больных эндокардитом, включая врожденный двустворчатый аортальный клапан у 11,3%, первичный пролапс митрального клапана у 3,2% больных, аномальную хорду левого желудочка у 0,3%. У 31,6% больных с врожденным двустворчатым аортальным клапаном установлено расширение восходящего отдела аорты до 41-55 мм. Группа больных двустворчатым аортальным клапаном наиболее часто нуждалась в хирургическом лечении в 74,4%.

The aim of our study was to analyse infective endocarditis in patients diagnosed for connective tissue dysplasia in 14.8% of 338 IE cases, including 11.3% with congenital bicuspid aortic valve, 3.2% with mitral valve prolapse and 0.3% with abnormal chorda of the left ventricule. 31.6% of patients with congenital bicuspid aortic valve have been determined expansion of the ascending aorta (41-55 mm). The group of patients with congenital bicuspid aortic valve needed surgical treatment more frequently 74.4%.
