The method of an estimation of the coordination mechanism of long term interests of the state, the private investor and the population during natural raw material base development are offered in the article. The use model of a bunch of the investment projects, allowing to each particular mechanism of state private partnership to compare with forecast NPV of participants as the basic tool of estimation is suggested
