Abstract

This paper considers the implementation of information technology of two-dimensional filter with infinite impulse response (IIR filter). IIR filter is constructed as a parallel connection of 4 filters of one quadrant to ensure the physical feasibility. The parameters of each filter of one quadrant are defined by the identification of test fragments formed from the original dis torted image. An analysis of its stability is made after determining the parameters of the filter. An effective scheme of massively multi-threaded implementation of the IIR filter systems based on graphics processing units (GPU) is given in the paper to handle large-format images.
