Особенности самореализации людей с продуктивной и непродуктивной стратегиями профессионального развития

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи стратегий профессионального развития с самореализацией личности в современном российском социуме. Выявлена взаимосвязь различных аспектов и проявлений самореализации с активной пассивной стратегией профессионального развития и гендерные особенности такой взаимосвязи.Investigation of self-realization of people with productive and nonproductive strategies of professional development is presented. The impact of gender on the interrelation between strategies of professional development and self-realization is shown.
