Abstract

Despite necessity of contracts regulating the terms of building facilities of oil and gas extraction plants for civil transactions, little critical attention has been paid to the definition of notions and problems of creating the system of contracts. Critical study and formation of the system of contracts allows working out of ways of optimization of contractual agreements and is of considerable practical importance. The system of contracts will allow rational solving of the problem by creating of algorithm of actions regulated by the system.
