Abstract

The article is devoted to a retrospective epidemiological study evaluating risk factors for breast cancer in yet established cancer care to the population of Ingushetia with the development of the algorithm selection of women at risk of the disease. The basis of the formation of risk factors was initiated knowledge of etiology of human tumors and testing complex features etiopathogenetic factors manifest themselves in the region. To identify groups of cancer risk conducted aimed calculation intervals for breast cancer largest coefficients of diagnostic criteria for each factor to the assessment of their effectiveness. The map of prognostic diagnostic factors (points) creating risk of breast cancer was developed for practical medicine. The proposed method allows to estimate the appropriate individual risk of the development of this cancer, and depending on the group for the developed algorithm.
