Abstract

The method of rise of efficiency of intensive therapy courses by physical factors in patients with osteoarthritis by means of inclusion in therapeutic complex the exposure of low frequency variable magnetic field has been worked out. The intensive non-drug therapy of elderly patients with osteoarthritis in annual time periods from March to May and from August to October with use of low doses of low frequency variable magnetic field mobilizes the compensatory adaptive mechanisms of organism of patients in limits of their physiological possibilities, that determines the high indexes of immediate and remote results of recovering therapy of the present category of patients in the indicated annual time periods.
