
В настоящее время появляются данные, свидетельствующие, что казеин молока является источником целого ряда весьма важных биологически активных пептидов. В работе показаны пептиды, образующиеся из фракций казеина, которые могут выполнять регулирующую роль в усвоении пищи и возможность их использования.Nowadays there is evidence that the milk casein is the source of a variety of significantly important bioactive peptides. The paper reviews casein-derived peptides which can be used as regulators in digestion and shows ways of their application.
