Abstract

The analysis of experience on practical application of «Questionnaire for diagnostics of borderline personality disorder of A form», developed on clinical psychology chair of Novosibirsk state medical university is presented in the article. Advantages of a questionnaire is high level of its validity and reliability. Disadvantages are the large number of questions and risk of hyper diagnostics of borderline personality disorder. For elimination of these disadvantages the new form of a questionnaire — the S form — the screening, consisting of 20 questions is offered.

В статье проводится анализ опыта практического применения «Опросника для диагностики пограничного личностного расстройства формы А», разработанного на кафедре клинической психологии Новосибирского государственного медицинского университета. Достоинствами опросника является высокий уровень его валидности и надежности. Из недостатков — большое количество вопросов и риск гипердиагностики пограничного личностного расстройства. Для устранения этих недостатков предлагается новая форма опросника — форма «S»-скрининг, состоящая из 20-ти вопросов.
