Abstract

Данная статья посвящена сравнительному анализу двух альтернативных подходов к измерению так называемой теневой экономики, используемых в современной экономической статистике. Утверждается, что институциональная теория теневой экономики апробирована практикой ее статистического измерения, что следует считать серьезным научным достижением. В качестве насущной проблемы, требующей решения, рассматривается необходимость интеграции описанных альтернативных подходов к измерению теневой экономики.

This essay is dedicated to the comparative analysis of two alternative approaches to the measurement of shadow economy. Asserted that conceptions of modern institutional economics of shadow economy proved by the practice of statistics measurement. It’s considered as a large scientific achievement. Unification of alternative approaches to the measurement of shadow economy considered as the real actual problem.
