Abstract

Авторы рассматривают содержание специфических качеств телекоммуникационных услуг с позиций сопоставления классической экономической теории и новых трансформационных свойств этих услуг, возникающих в процессе их формирования и развития. В результате чего приходят к выводу, что этот вид услуг имеет ряд доминирующих признаков, которые позволяют классифицировать их в самостоятельный экономический сегмент сферы услуг.The authors discuss the content of telecommunication services specific features from the point of classic economic theory and new transformational features of these services in the process of their forming and development. As a result, they come to conclusion that this type of service has few dominant features that allow to classify itself into an independent economical segment in a service sphere.
