Сравнительное исследование компонентного состава травы фармакопейных видов зверобоя методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии

Abstract

Проведено сравнительное фитохимическое исследование с использованием метода ВЭЖХ образцов травы зверобоя продырявленного ( Hypericum perforatum L.) и зверобоя пятнистого ( Hypericum maculatum Grantz). Установлено, что доминирующим флавоноидом травы зверобоя пятнистого является гиперозид, обладающий антидепрессантной активностью. Выявлены отличия химического состава сравниваемых видов. Установлено, что содержание гиперозида в траве зверобоя пятнистого в три раза больше, чем в зверобое продырявленном.
