Abstract

Purpose of the work is development of scientifically based technical proposals for creating fast building constructions for temporary settlements of mobile constructions for the accommodation of people suffered in hazards. As a result of the work there was done the analyses of construction and exploitation of modern fast building settlements of mobile buildings (temporary shift and fundamental settlements of builders, oil and gas industry workers, geological detachments). Structure, optimal technology of construction, exploitation, dismantling and redeployment of temporary settlements for suffered in emergency situation are substantiated taking into account specificity of the hazards situation. There are developed general technical requirements to the mobile buildings of the temporary settlements. Results could be used in projecting, construction and exploitation of fast build temporary settlements of mobile buildings for the Emercom of Russia purposes.
