Abstract

The aim of the study — to define the features of evacuation measures in the system of providing care to the wounded with gunshot fractures of the tibia during the antiterrorist operation in the Eastern Ukraine from May 2014 to April 2015. The total array of the research was 118 wounded persons with gunshot fractures of the tibia and extremity avulsions at the level of the lower leg. The analysis of the evacuation of the wounded at every level of medical care was performed, the ways of improvement were determined.

Цель исследования — определить особенности эвакуационных мероприятий в системе оказания помощи раненым с огнестрельными переломами костей голени во время проведения антитеррористической операции на Востоке Украины с мая 2014 по апрель 2015 года. Общий массив исследования составил 118 раненых с огнестрельными переломами костей голени и их отрывами на уровне голени. Проведен анализ эвакуации раненых на каждом уровне медицинской помощи, определены пути ее усовершенствования.
