Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению наиболее значимых особенностей формирования англоязычной терминологии уголовного права в среднеанглийский период. Проводится краткий анализ историко-политических особенностей периода, а также рассматриваются такие процессы терминообразования, как: заимствование, латинизация исконных терминов и конверсия.

The present article is concerned with the most important specific features of English Criminal Law Terminology formation on the Middle English period.
