Abstract

Сформулированы условия распространения импульса в витке меандровой линии задержки без искажений его формы перекрестными наводками. Выполнено квазистатическое моделирование меандровой линии с покрывающим диэлектрическим слоем. Продемонстрированы возможные искажения и причины их возникновения при невыполнении одного из условий.

Conditions of pulse signal propagation in a turn of meander delay line without distortions of its waveform by crosstalk are formulated. Quasi-static simulation of meander line with covering dielectric layer is performed. Possible distortions and the reasons of their occurrence without one of the conditions are demonstrated.
