Abstract

The article represents calculation of current activity cash flow change under the influence of the factor of a company's work staff business reputation. Consequently, management of business reputation building up process appears to be possible only after its measurement because if a company ignores it the value of business reputation of its human resources, the investment decisions it makes may turn out to be inefficient.
