Abstract

The analysis of the disease rate caused by cerebrovascular disease ( CVD ) of population of Ufa city for the years 2003-2012 is performed. In dynamics, primary disease rates originating from cerebrovascular diseases increase 2.4 times whereas the overall disease rates increase 1.8 times. Regression modeling with a logarithmic approximation that shows the possible growth of primary and general disease rates by 2018 is applied. Average growth rates in both primary and general disease rates, are qualified by high blood pressure, up to 2009 were lower than CVD (ratio of advancing was 1.0 below the landmark value). Since 2009, the ratio of advancing was higher than the unit which is associated with the ongoing activities aimed at prevention of diseases characterized by high blood pressure and CVD. The rate of primary diseases which are caused by CVD made 428.7 cases per 100.000 population of working age, and 2707.8 are above working age, in total respectively 2390.3 cases and 23987.6 cases. During the years 2003-2012, decrease in a sign of incidence caused by hemorrhagic stroke from 26.2 cases in a population of 100,000 to 19.5 cases and increase by ischemic stroke from 75.3 to 82.5 cases is revealed. Decline was significant among people of working age.
