Abstract

The political situation in the Northern Africa countries has been analyzed. The author presents comparative analysis of politics that was carried out by EU and USA on the eve of revolutions. The author compares the project Union for Mediterranean that was conducted by EU and The Middle East Partnership Initiative conducted by USA.
