Условия эффективного управления конфликтами во взаимодействии между социальным работником и клиентом

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу изучения особенностей протекания конфликтных ситуаций в системе «социальный работник клиент». В статье выявлены и обоснованы основные противоречия, связанные с проблемой эффективного управления, профилактики и прогнозирования социальных конфликтов. Автором проанализированы стратегии поведения в конфликтных ситуациях в социальных учреждениях города Сургута и предложена система мероприятий по прогнозированию и профилактике конфликтов.
