Abstract

The ring milking machine is considered as the one-line conveyor having as a «weak» link is abnormal high durations of milking most the hard milking cows braking and reducing pace of work of a milking hall. The algorithm of adaptive regulation of speed of rotation of a platform depending on duration of milking of each cow, considering conditions of the compensation of abnormal cycles of milking of separate animals, with objective of optimization of number of seats of milking, exception of idle times of the conveyor and the animals, providing an efficiency gain of work on 20 … 25 % and decrease in investments into milking halls are developed.
