Abstract

Th e analysis of 162 patients with adrenal incidentaloma have been carried out, and 45 patients of them have been operated, and 117 were remained under dynamic supervision. Th e application of preliminary trained neural network has allowed us to establish, that only 28 patients with adrenal incidentaloma did not reveal any signs of hormonal activity. However, 134 (82,7 %) patients had statistically signifi cant signs testifying the latent hormonal activity. So, of 134 patients 48 have revealed the mixed hormonal activity, 46 patients have revealed signifi cant signs characteristic of pheochromocytoma, 33 patients with adrenal incidentaloma have shown signs of hyperaldosteronism, and 17 patients have shown signs of hypercorticoidism.
