Социальная природа и моделирование процесса управления организационным конфликтом

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной теме исследования природы организационных конфликтов, возникающих вследствие проводимых изменений. Проведено исследование авторских подходов к определению понятия «организационный конфликт» и выявлены некоторые особенности, отличающие его от ряда иных конфликтов. Проанализированы различные классификационные признаки организационных конфликтов и проведена их систематизация. В статье проводится обоснование важности такого вида деятельности, как управление организационными конфликтами. Представлена модель управления организационными конфликтами, основанная на совокупности взаимосвязанных действий, направленных на регулирование процессов, влияющих на вовлеченность персонала в работу организации и ослабление факторов конфликтного потенциала персонала организации, заключающегося в снижении сопротивления проводимым изменениям и улучшении социально-психологического климата организации.

Article is devoted to the actual topic of research nature of organizational conflicts that arise as a result of ongoing changes. A study of creative approaches to the definition of "organizational conflict" and revealed some of the features that distinguish it from a number of other conflicts. Analyzed different classification features of organizational conflicts and held their classification. In this article we justify the importance of this type of activity as management of organizational conflict. The model of management of organizational conflict, based on a set of interrelated activities aimed at regulating processes that affect employee engagement in the work of the organization and the weakening of the factors of conflict potential personnel of the organization, is to reduce the resistance of the reforms and improving the socio-psychological climate of the organization.
