О стилях взаимодействия авторитетного руководителя

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются представления работников различных организационных культур о стилях взаимодействия авторитетного руководителя. Показан объективный и субъективный характер «авторитета». Статья может представлять интерес для специалистов в области социальной психологии, психологии управления и менеджмента организации. Исследование может стать основой для разработки тренинговых программ, направленных на повышение эффективности управленческой деятельности.

In article representations of workers of various organizational cultures about styles of interaction of the authoritative head are considered. Objective and subjective character of «authority» is shown. Article can be of interest for experts in the field of social psychology, psychology of management and organizational management. Research can become a basis for working out trenings directed on increase of efficiency of manager's competence
