Abstract

The article is an analytical report on the surgical treatment of 52 patients with hepatic alveococcosis. Radical and palliative hepatic resections were performed by means of carbonic acid surgical Lancet laser with the maximal power of 15-20 watt. Laser antibiotic therapy was administered to all the patients in the postoperative period as a measure of suppurative-septic complications prevention. Nine patients following palliative resection were exposed to systemic photodynamic action aimed at alveolar tumor by 2nd generation Photoditasin® photosensitizer by its introduction into the umbilical vein and intravenous laser blood photomodification.
