Особенности реализации права на обращение в суд малыми предпринимателями

Abstract

The article is devoted to procedural questions of protection of the rights of small businesses in arbitration court. The author considers features of realization of the right to the appeal to arbitration court of the specified category of subjects, also comes to a conclusion about existence of gaps in the law in force.

В статье рассматриваются процессуальные вопросы защиты прав малых предпринимателей в арбитражном суде, особенности реализации права на обращение в арбитражный суд указанной категории субъектов. Указывается на наличие пробелов в действующем праве.
