Тенденции развития инвестиции в общественные блага

Abstract

Предметом исследования выступает инвестиционный процесс в сфере производства общественных благ. Выделяются разные виды реальных и монетарных издержек и выгод от инвестиционных проектов. Рассматривается процедура принятия решения при выборе инвестиционного проекта в государственном секторе. Раскрыта специфика инвестиций в производство общественных благ. Выявлены специфические черты инвестиционного проекта, а также предложены способы привлечения частных инвестиций в производство общественных благ государственно-частное партнерство и корпоративные внешние социальные инвестиции. Результаты могут быть использованы при оценке эффективности инвестиций в производство общественных благ.

The paper deals with investment process in the production of public goods. The author distinguishes different types of real and monetary costs and benefits of investment projects. The paper considers decision-making procedure in selecting investment projects in the public sector. Specific investments in the production of public goods are discussed. The author identifies specific features of the project, and suggests ways to attract private investment in public goods such as public-private partnerships and corporate external social investment. The results can be used to assess the effectiveness of investment in public goods.
