Abstract

The paper shows intelligent information technology capabilities which are based on artificial neural networks. Also it has been released of aspects of artificial neural networks applying for decision-making system of variety subject areas. In this paper the artificial neural networks applying for making collective decision for complex problem is shown. The approach which is based on the using of multiple neural networks for solving the problem has been released for getting the effective decision of complex intelligent problem.
