Abstract

The reason for Russian economic stagnation is its inherent system of relations and institutions of semi-peripheral late capitalism, where the major political and economic power belongs to higher bureaucracy merged with oligarchic capital. “Economy for humans” is and should be an alternative for this — a system where not only capitalist principles undergo a rapid development, but also selective social and state regulation, socialization of property rights and relations, i.e. a type of development oriented towards the progress of human qualities
