Abstract

В статье проводится анализ состояния мотивационной политики в аграрном секторе экономики. Представлен ресурсосберегающий механизм мотивации в аграрном секторе экономики, который предусматривает экономию ресурсов и повышение мотивации работников.

In article the motivational state policy in the agrarian sector of economy is analyzed. Submitted by resource-saving mechanism of motivation in the agrarian sector, which provides savings and increased employee motivation.
