Современные подходы к инструментальной диагностике рака ободочной кишки, осложненного кишечной непроходимостью, в условиях общехирургического стационара

Abstract

В настоящем исследовании приводятся результаты инструментального обследования 438 больных раком ободочной кишки (РОК), осложненным кишечной непроходимостью. В зависимости от тяжести состояния больных, поступивших в хирургический стационар общего профиля, 60 % проводилось от 1 до 2 видов инструментального обследования. Приводятся результаты обзорной рентгенографии брюшной полости, УЗИ, ирригоскопии, фиброколоноскопии, лапароскопии, а также эффективности их комбинаций. Настоящее исследование показало, что применение 1, 2 методов инструментального обследования в 60 % (265 больных) позволяет достоверно устанавливать предоперационный диагноз.

Results of instrumental diagnostics of 438 colon cancer patients presenting with colonic obstruction are demonstrated in this study. Depending on individual patient condition 1 or 2 diagnostics methods were used. Results of abdominal X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, double-contrast barium enema, colonoscopy and laparoscopy and data on efficacy of their combinations is presented. Current study demonstrated that use of 1 or 2 diagnostical procedures allowed to diagnose colon cancer in 60 % (265 patients).
