Abstract

В работе показано, чтобы оценить качество владения какой-то компетенцией в метриках, т.е. с высокой надежностью необходимо провести пятистороннее тестирования по технологии обучение-тест. На практике часто возникает задача, когда качество владения компетенцией с допустимой надежностью необходимо оценить исходя только из показателей качества усвоенных знаний, т.е. возникает ситуация, когда требуется надежно оценить «целое» по его части. Приводится статистически обоснованный метод решения этой задачи. Метод можно реализовать с использованием традиционных оболочек тестирования.

The paper shows to assess the quality of ownership of some competence in metrics, ie, with high reliability is necessary to conduct five-sided test technology training test. In practice, often the problem arises when the quality of ownership competence with acceptable reliability necessary to estimate based only on the quality indicators of acquired knowledge, ie, a situation arises when you want to reliably estimate the "whole" of its parts. We give a statistically sound method solution of this task. The method may be implemented using conventional sheaths testing.
