Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью оценки территории Обь-Томского междуречья для разработки мер по эффективному использованию территории для сохранения природного комплекса и неконфликтной хозяйственной и рекреационной деятельности. Цель работы. Оценить эколого-хозяйственный баланс Обь-Томского междуречья на современном этапе. Методы исследования. Метод оценки эколого-хозяйственного баланса с учетом антропогенной нагрузки. Для исследования состояния объекта регионального масштаба выбор в качестве основы анализа структуры земель представляется наиболее адекватным, поскольку именно устройство землепользования объективно отражает современное состояние промышленного, сельскохозяйственного и рекреационного воздействия. Результаты работы. В результате проведенных исследований на основе предварительных расчетов, экспертных оценок и анализа современного состояния различных видов земель и типов землепользования на исследуемой территории предложена их классификация для Обь-Томского междуречья. Здесь к традиционно используемым в расчетах категориям был добавлен ряд специфических типов антропогенных воздействий (например, эксплуатация подземных источников водоснабжения). Проведена комплексная оценка эколого-хозяйственного баланса территории Обь-Томского междуречья по соотношению основных категорий землепользования, с учетом интенсивности антропогенной нагрузки. Проанализированы основные негативные факторы воздействия на разные участки территории. На этой основе рассчитаны коэффициенты относительной и абсолютной напряженности территории. Определен коэффициент естественной защищенности территории и проанализированы намечающиеся тенденции по изменению эколого-хозяйственного состояния. Проведенные расчеты показывают, что состояние территории исследования в настоящий момент в целом можно определить как умеренно преобразованное, но явно проявляется тенденция усиления негативных явлений идет приращение земель, подверженных антропогенному воздействию.The relevance of the discussed issue is caused by the need to assess the territory between the rivers Ob and Tom for developing measures of the effective territory use to preserve the natural complex and non-confrontational economic and recreational activities. The main aim of the study is to assess ecological and economic balance of the territory of Ob-Tom interfluve. The methods used in the study: the method of assessment of environmental and economic balance, taking into account the anthropogenic load. For the research of the state of an object of a regional scale, a choice as a basis of the analysis seems to be the most adequate. As the land use objectively reflects a current state of industrial, agricultural and recreational impact. The results. The authors offered a classification for Ob-Tom interfluve based on preliminary, expert estimates and the analysis of a current state of different types of land use in the studied territory. A number of specific types of anthropogenic influence were added to the categories which are traditionally used (for example, operation of underground sources of water supply). A comprehensive estimation of ecological and economic balance of the territory of Ob-Tom interfluve was carried out in terms of the main categories of land use, taking into account various degrees of anthropogenic load. The authors analyzed the major negative factors of impact on different sites of the territory, calculated the coefficients of relative and absolute intensity of the territory. The authors also defined the coefficient of natural shielding of the territory and analyzed future tendencies of ecological and economic state changes. The calculations show that the condition of the territory of research at the moment in general can be defined as moderately transformed, but the tendency of strengthening of the negative phenomena is obviously shown the number of lands under anthropogenic influence is growing.
