В работе рассматриваются проблемы формирования интегрированных экономических систем типа регионального кластера, определяются условия и принципы интеграционного взаимодействия при создании кластеров, дается анализ подходов к определению категории «кластер» и исследуются основные виды и структуры, экономического кластера общего назначения. Определяются принципы управления развитием кластера, выделяются ресурсы (капитал) развития и обосновываются факторы и условия согласованного развития кластера как структурной компоненты.
