Психолого-акмеологическая модель адаптации работников локомотивных бригад

Abstract

In article the model of professional psychological adaptation as conditions of personal and professional development of employees of locomotive crews is considered. Adaptation of drivers and assistant drivers is understood as the active process happening at individual, personal and subject levels. On the basis of psychological-acmeological model the program of training of the self-control, aimed at the development of subject level of adaptation and activation of their personal and professional development of employees of locomotive crews is developed and introduced. The conclusion that at the examinees participating in the program of training in self-control significantly indicators of adaptation and personal-professional development raised is drawn.

В статье рассмотрена модель профессиональной психологической адаптации как условие личностно-профессионального развития работников локомотивных бригад. Адаптация машинистов и помощников машиниста понимается как активный процесс, происходящий на индивидном, личностном и субъектном уровнях. На основании психолого-акмеологической модели разработана и внедрена программа обучения саморегуляции, направленная на развитие субъектного уровня адаптации и активизацию личностно-профессионального развития работников локомотивных бригад. Сделан вывод, что у испытуемых, участвовавших в программе обучения саморегуляции, значимо повышались показатели адаптированности и личностно-профессионального развития.
