Abstract

Value orientations of personality are considered as psychological basis of entrepreneurship efficiency. The results of a comparative study of value orientations of Shira’s and Tomsk’s entrepreneurs are presented. Data about the destruction of traditional value system of big cities’ entrepreneurs as a condition for development of entrepreneurial personality qualities are showed. Data about the low psychological potential of entrepreneurship development in small towns are presented.
