Abstract

This article discusses correlation of such concepts, as social practices and management practices. The author deals with the management practices in Russia and considers means and barriers of implementation of the value-rational approach.

В настоящей статье произведено соотношение понятий «социальные практики» и «управленческие практики». Проанализированы российские управленческие практики и выявлены пути и барьеры на пути реализации ценностнорационального управления.
