Abstract

In article the important directions of the analytical works connected with clarification of starting conditions of development of municipality education are shown, results of the factorial analysis and a condition of a control system are registered.

В статье показаны важные направления аналитических работ, связанных с выяснением стартовых условий развития муниципального образования, прописаны результаты факторного анализа и состояния системы управления.
