Abstract

На стадии раннего постнатального развития организм свиней проходит ряд «критических» периодов, во время которых резко повышается чувствительность к неблагоприятным факторам. Для оценки адаптационных возможностей поросят были изучены гематологические показатели животных крупной белой и скороспелой мясной пород в 10-и, 20-и, и 30-и дневном возрасте. Для сравнения выборочных совокупностей использовали t-критерий Стьюдента и U-критерий Уилкоксона-Манна-Уитни. Наиболее выраженные межпородные различия выявлены при изучении лейкоцитарного профиля. В 10 дней у по-рорсят крупной белой породы содержание эозинофилов, сегментоядерных нейтрофилов, моноцитов и базофилов было выше, по сравнению со скороспелой мясной, в 4,16 (р

At a stage of early postnatal development the organism of pigs undergoes a number of the "critical" periods during which sensitivity sharply increases to adverse factors. For an estimation of adaptable possibilities of piglets have been studied hematological indexes of animals of Big White and Meat-Ripe breeds in 10, 20, and 30 day age. To compare the aggregate sample used the Student's t-test and the Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon U-test. The most expressed interbreed differences have been identified in piglets in the study of leukocyte profile.
